- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆we went here to do our 2009 taxes and the lady--amy i think-did them and didnt really go into detail about what she was doing or into trying to find extra money. and we had to have our taxes amended because a w2 was left out and when i called in to see about how to have them do that she(same lady that did our taxes) laughed at me and said "well mam you already got your taxes". It was as if she wasnt even listening to me when i said we had to have them ammended. I do not recomend this place at all-their manners are not very good at all. and it seems like they dont care enough to go that extra bit to help their customers. Now we go to H&R Block. Such a better place, and they have manners and go the extra bit to help.By A Google User, March 12, 2017
